Why Nodal needs access to your Gmail
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you choose it, Nodal sends your outreach from your own mailbox instead of a shared provider, so replies land where you already work. You approve every permission on Google’s own consent screen, and you can disconnect at any time from the Senders page.
Sends emails you composed, only when you click send or launch a campaign — never automatically or on our own initiative.
Creates and updates drafts in your mailbox when you explicitly ask for a draft.
Reads message metadata and reply bodies solely to detect replies, so a sequence stops contacting someone who already answered.
Never deletes anything — no permanent-deletion scopes are requested, so Nodal cannot delete your mail.

Nodal’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used for advertising or to train AI models.
Built for trust and safety
Nodal only acts on your explicit instructions. Every campaign is user-initiated, every Gmail connection requires your consent on Google’s own screen, and every action is recorded in a per-workspace audit log.
